CHAITANYA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION
The Wikipedia text does not contain specific information about a 'Chaitanya College of Education' located in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. Instead, it describes Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions, a large chain of schools, junior colleges, hostels, and coaching institutes for exams such as IIT-JEE, NEET, EAMCET, and UPSC-CS, founded in 1986 by Dr. Boppana Satyanarayana Rao and his wife, Dr. Jhansi Lakshmi Bai Boppana. It began as a junior college for girls in Vijayawada, later expanding to Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and other districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The group operates over 321 state board-affiliated junior colleges, 322 K-10 Techno Schools, and 107 CBSE-affiliated schools, making it one of Asia's largest educational franchises. It launched the Infinity Learn edtech platform during the COVID-19 pandemic and signed Allu Arjun as brand ambassador in 2021. The text also details a 2023 suicide case at its Narsingi campus, leading to derecognition of that campus and revelations about unregistered branches. No details specific to a West Godavari college of education are mentioned.
