Indian Institute of Information Technology Design And Manufacturing, Kurnool

IIITDM Kurnool is a technical education institute in the field of Information Technology, established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, in 2015, as part of the government's obligation under the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. The institute began functioning at its permanent campus in Kurnool. In August 2017, the Indian Institutes of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2017 granted the institute Institute of National Importance (INI) status. Admission to its undergraduate programs is based on the All India Rank obtained in the JEE Main examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The institute also offers a PhD program and M.Tech courses through GATE rank. Courses offered include Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization in Design and Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Design and Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and Dual Degree (5-year) programs in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
