Marwadi University

According to the available text, Marwadi University was established in 2016 under The Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2016. This legislative act was significant because it did not create a single institution but rather established multiple private universities simultaneously in Gujarat, India. Alongside Marwadi University, the same act also established Sankalchand Patel University, located in Visnagar, Mehsana district, Gujarat, which was founded by the Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelvani Mandal. The act further established Anant National University and Plastindia International University. No additional details about Marwadi University's specific location within Rajkot, its constituent institutes, affiliations, or website are provided in the available text, as the source material primarily focuses on describing Sankalchand Patel University and its associated constituent colleges and institutes, mentioning Marwadi University only in the context of shared legislative origin.
