Jhulelal Institute of Technology (JIT) is an engineering and management college located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, established in 2008. It is named after Jhulelal, the community god of the Sindhi people. The institute is affiliated with Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) as an autonomous institute. JIT offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in disciplines such as computer science, electronics and telecommunication, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and electrical engineering, along with an MBA program and a diploma in mechanical engineering. JIT conducts various technical and cultural events, including the national-level tech-fest 'Shikhar', the 'Jallosh' cultural festival, and a youth event called 'Mythbusters'. The institute also has an active National Service Scheme (NSS) unit that engages in community service activities like blood donation camps and stationery distribution to local school children.
