CENTRE FOR MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT, GHAZIABAD

Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (IMT G) is a private business school with its main campus in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. It offers postgraduate diploma and executive education programmes in management, as well as distance learning and collaborative programmes. The Dr. K. Nath Public Trust, created by Shri Mahendra Nath, helped establish IMT with financial assistance from the Lajpat Rai Educational Society in 1980, and the institute received AICTE approval in 1983. The campus features two academic blocks with lecture theaters, faculty rooms, and a computer lab, along with ten student-housing blocks and an auxiliary campus on Meerut Road housing the IMT Centre for Distance Learning. IMT G has been ranked among top Indian B-Schools by publications such as Economic Times, Outlook India, Times B-School Survey, NIRF, Business Today, and The Week. Admissions involve a three-step process including group discussion and personal interview. The institute has over 60 core faculty and around 35 visiting faculty. It publishes the Paradigm journal through Sage Publications. Notable alumni include Sachin Pilot, Prasoon Joshi, and Mini Mathur.
