PACHAIYAPPAS COLLEGE FOR MEN
According to the available text, Pachaiyappa's College for Men, Kanchipuram is one of the institutions administered by the Pachaiyappa's Trust Board, a board of trustees that oversees the long-term development, planning, and fundraising for a group of colleges. This board also controls other institutions such as Chellammal Women's College, C. Kandaswami Naidu College for Men, Kandasamy Naidu College for Women in Cuddalore, and Pachaiyappa's College for Women in Kanchipuram. The trust traces its origins to the philanthropy of Pachaiyappa Mudaliar, a merchant and financier whose will led to the establishment of the original Pachaiyappa's Central Institution in Chennai in 1842. While the text provides extensive historical detail, academic programs, notable alumni, and awards associated with the main Pachaiyappa's College in Chennai, it does not provide specific information about the founding date, curriculum, or history of the Kanchipuram men's college itself, beyond its listing as part of the trust's network of institutions.
