Vinayaka Mission's Homeopathic Medical College
Vinayaka Mission's Homeopathic Medical College is located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, and functions under Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation (VMRF), a UGC, Government of India recognized private deemed-to-be-university. VMRF was established in 1981 with the founding of the Thirumuruga Kirupananda Variyar Thavathiru Sundara Swamigal (TKVTSS) Medical Educational and Charitable Trust, and it received deemed-to-be-university status in 2001 from the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India. VMRF accommodates nearly 15,000 students across its various constituent colleges, producing about 2,000 graduates annually in fields including medical, dental, homeopathy, paramedical, engineering, management, and arts and science. While the text names three specific colleges—Vinayaka Mission's Medical College in Karaikal, Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Medical College in Salem, and Vinayaka Mission's College of Pharmacy in Salem—it does not provide specific details about the Homeopathic Medical College itself, such as its founding year, accreditation, or rankings. The broader VMRF was accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council in 2015.
