KAMARAJ WOMENS COLLEGE THOOTHUKUDI
According to the available text, Kamaraj Womens College is one of the institutions run by the Tuticorin Educational Society in Thoothukkudi, Tamil Nadu. The society was founded by the late industrialist Sri. AMMS Ganesa Nadar, managing director of The Tuticorin Spinning Mills Ltd, along with Hindu charitable organizations such as Karapettai Hindu Nadar Sangam, for the upliftment of the Hindu community. Besides the women's college, the society also runs Kamaraj College, an arts and science college established in 1966, and a Matriculation School, all situated within the same lush green campus spanning 50 acres with a combined student strength of 5,000. The text does not provide specific details about the founding year, courses, departments, infrastructure, affiliation, accreditation, or placement record of the women's college itself, as the majority of the descriptive information pertains specifically to Kamaraj College rather than the women's college.
