University of Engineering & Management, Jaipur (UEM Jaipur) is a private university situated near Sikar Road in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It was created following an invitation from the Government of Rajasthan and established by Ordinance No. 11 of 2011, later regularised by the University of Engineering & Management, Jaipur Act, 2012 (Act No. 5 of 2012). The university is part of the IEM–UEM group, a network of institutions focused on engineering and management education. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including B.Tech in fields such as Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Biotechnology and Mechanical Engineering, along with M.Tech, BCA, BBA, MBA and BPT degrees. The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and can confer degrees under Section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. It collaborates with sister institutions such as the University of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, and the Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM), as well as foreign universities for exchange programs. The campus includes a research and development cell, Wi-Fi enabled hostels, sports facilities, and hosts technical, cultural and sports festivals, along with student chapters of SPIE and the Optical Society of America.
