MAHARAJA CHHATRASAL BUNDELKHAND UNIVERSITY
Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University (MCBU) is a state university situated in Chhatarpur, India. The university's permanent campus is currently under construction at Guraiya Road, near Peetambra Colony/Khare Colony on Satai Road. Until this construction is completed, the university has been temporarily allotted space in the Commerce Block of Government Maharaja P.G. College, which it uses for administrative operations and affiliation-related purposes. MCBU serves as the affiliating university for colleges located within Chhatarpur district as well as several neighboring districts, including Damoh, Panna, Sagar, Tikamgarh, and Niwari. The institution thus plays a central role in higher education administration for this region of Madhya Pradesh, overseeing academic affiliations across multiple districts while its own dedicated campus infrastructure continues to be developed. No specific founding year, affiliating body, or official website URL is provided in the available information about the university.
