In June 2025, the college was placed on Warning status by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools due to non-compliance issues regarding student achievement and access to archived course catalogs. The college publishes NCLEX pass rates for various campuses, including Gainesville, Cincinnati, Miami, Myrtle Beach, Nashville, Richmond, San Antonio, Austin, and Tampa Bay.
