COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE TRIVANDRUM
The text describes the College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), an engineering institution in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, founded in 1939 by the Travancore monarch Chithira Thirunal. It mentions that the campus's Masterplan and main buildings were designed by Prof. Joseph Chandra Alexander, the first Chief Architect and Chief Town Planner of the Government of Kerala, who was also instrumental in starting the first Architectural education centre of the state at this college. However, the text does not provide a specific founding date, affiliation, or other detailed institutional facts about the College of Architecture Trivandrum itself; it only appears as a note within the broader history of CET. No information about its administration, courses, or accreditation is given separately for the architecture college. Consequently, based solely on this text, only its association with CET's campus and the architect who initiated architectural education there can be confirmed.
