Sushant University
Sushant University, formerly known as Ansal University (AU), is a private university situated in Gurgaon, within the National Capital Region (NCR) of India. The university traces its origins to a private college established in August 2000 under the Chiranjiv Charitable Trust, which was then affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It was formally established as a university in 2012 through the Haryana Private Universities Act (Amendment) 2012. In 2020, the institution was renamed to Sushant University under the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2020. The university is located in the foothills of the Aravalli Range on Golf Course Road, and its campus spans 15 acres (61,000 square meters). This location provides the institution with a scenic natural backdrop while remaining within the Gurgaon NCR area, making it accessible within the broader Delhi metropolitan region.
