RAYAT BAHRA UNIVERSITY
Rayat-Bahra University (RBU) is a private university situated in Mohali, in the Indian state of Punjab. It was formally established in 2014 through The Rayat-Bahra University Act, 2014, which was enacted to create the institution under the auspices of the Rayat Bahra Group. As a private university, RBU operates under this specific legislative act rather than as an affiliate of another university or board. The current leadership of the university includes Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar, who serves as the Group Vice Chancellor, overseeing the administrative and academic direction of the institution. Beyond these foundational details, the available information does not provide further specifics about the university's academic programs, faculties, campus facilities, or student population. The university maintains an official website, though its specific URL is not provided in the source text. Overall, Rayat-Bahra University represents part of the broader Rayat Bahra Group's educational initiatives in Punjab, established through dedicated state legislation in 2014.
